Tax Rebate?
Anyone know more info about this supposed "tax rebate" that Bush wants to give out to boost the economy?
I read somewhere that it's for taxPAYERS only, so people who have a lower income won't even get one because we don't earn enough to pay taxes...wtf...that doesn't make any sense in my opinion...I have a hard time believing this will actually happen.
