joint press conference.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper and U.S. President Barack Obama say they are establishing a U.S.-Canada "clean energy dialogue" as the first step toward a North American climate change treaty.
A dialogue? With Stephen Harper? About climate change? That'll be productive.
Obama, in Ottawa on his first foreign visit since becoming president, also stressed Thursday that he did not press Canada for additional commitments to Afghanistan.

Cameras were briefly allowed into the prime minister's office, where both men were seen smiling and chatting.
Minutes earlier, Obama was the only one chatting happily while Steve glared and refused to answer questions.
