Hey, things look up!
Only getting one day off a week sucks, but I really couldn't have asked for a better one.
1. Didn't have to go to work (the obvious reason for a good day)
2. Tidied up the ol shanty a bit
3. It was a beautiful day
4. realized I have decent style. Well... at least compared to the clothing choices at Stein Mart.
5. Finally received my package from Musicians friend (2 - 5 business days my ass! Try two weeks! You are no longer my friend!)
6. Had tasty food with some work friends.
7. Had a fun time with a new person (friend? Acquaintance? Some chick?) and didn't feel completely awkward like I usually do when meeting and talking to a cute girl for the first time.
Maybe I'm just getting old, but today is a day that I appreciate for such little reasons.
