They were working a case in Boston which was unique for them, not normally in the Northeast.
The brothers had been interviewing witnesses for days trying to get to the bottom of things.
“These people have the strangest way of talking,” said Sam.
Dean looked at Sam not quite comprehending what his brother meant and said, “What? They don’t talk funny, do they?”
Just then an emergency vehicle came up quickly behind the Impala.
Sam realizing that Dean had no idea what he was talking about said, “Wow. That is one wicked siren…”
Then Dean understood.
They did talk funny.
