(no subject)
Wow things have been super busy lately. I have taken over a territory where the guy was fired... so if that's any indication of how bad this is messed up, I really can't go into details... but it is ending up to be a lot more than my boss ever imagined.
Jim left last week for deployment :( They had a ceremony last Wednesday which I went to. Now he is in New Jersey for 45 days for training then they will be off to Kuwait for another month... then finally to Iraq. It has been pretty hard being here alone after all the time we've spent together...
Hopefully things will pick up though. Turns out my boss thinks I'll be better working down at headquarters... which means I will be moving to St. Louis. At least it's closer to home (8 hours versus 10.5). I am probably going down for an interview in the next couple of weeks... so I am guessing i would probably be moving there in the middle of September sometime. The original agreement with this territory was that I run it until the end of August. My guess is that I will be working in Customer Operations down there because they need more people who have had field experience down there.
