Been a While
It's been a while since I could sit down on the couch and have a play on the internet.
Work has been a bit strange,
I had a franchisee argue with me as he didn't think he should be out of compliance when his meatballs were at 38.4 degrees celsius.
They should be between 60-70. His argument was as if I had mixed the meatballs first, they would have been the correct temp. He didn't seem to get the point that customers would get the top meatballs put on their sub... in which they would be stone cold. Best case senario they would be pissed, worst case? They would get bloody sick. What a nob. Now due to his bitch I have to get in touch with the gurus in the US to back me up. God damn him. I mean I know that they will tell me what I need to hear, but it's a pain! Ok, it's not really, I'm just being dramatic *grin*
ah, the joys of my job.
Moving in to my new house is slowly getting there. I can't wait till the gardens are finished... I kind of have to start them first... but not me I suppose, Jase is doing the garden.... I'm painting the interior of the house... not sure which one of us has the better deal. I suppose once my job is done, it's pretty much finished... the gardens, well they are a constant work... Yeah, I'll stick to that reasoning.
Just watched Josie and the Pussycat Dolls... a pretty lame movie. Heh, what can I say... I love lame movies. Then I decided that it was a movie afternoon, and put on The Emperors New Groove. I love that movie. Very funny!
mmm, I just made chocolate chip cookies... very yummy. I'm getting all domestic living in my own house. Heh heh. I wonder how long it'll last? *grin*
