progresso!
Progress is going slow, but well. The amount of self drafted patterns needed for both joker and beast is ridiculous. Every Saturday all Daniela and I do is make and fit patterns. Her Beast corset is an amalgamation of two patterns, plus self drafted garters, choker, and bra cups. So yeah she's still in the drafting stage with that. I started Joker's shirt around january so most of it was done aleady. I butchered a girl's blouse pattern for it. I figured it didn't matter since it's the innermost layer and I can probably get away with not binding anyway. As you can see, it's not finished yet. I'm waiting on the prosthetic hand to cut the sleeves. The pants were yet another butchered pattern. Daniela sewed them together for me(she was on a mission.) but I still need to add the waistband, diamonds, and pull in the bottoms to fit inside the spats. Even though neither are done yet, I am pretty happy with the silhouette it's giving me. I bought the fabrics (well not the lining yet) for the checkered vest. Hopefully I can get the pattern knocked out on Saturday and I can concentrate on the details.
Liz bought a ton of flowers for Doll last week. I don't think I've ever seen so many fake flowers in my life. Daniela and I talked her into getting a variety of flowers instead of just white. Some have yellows and pink in them. They are really pretty!
I'm working on finishing up a commission for a friend but once that's done with I can concentrate on joker! yay!

Saturday: Circus (with everyone)
Sunday: Medicine Sellers
I put too much work into medicine sellers to not wear it again. I've reworked both medicine seller's makeup charts, so hopefully we can do better this time!
