Updates for new parents.
so the govt just recently enhanced the maternity packages, and although i may not necessarily agree with the additions (i think the money can be put to better use if they just included it in the cash gift instead but oh well ....) at least the govt is giving us more in a sense. having a baby is so much more than just footing the bill for their medical and education, but i guess the govt doesnt see that as their problem (padehal they are the ones who are encouraging us to have more kids).
i am alrdy entering my 35th week tmr and i still havent gotten plenty of things done. then there's the house reno to think about as well .... but alhamdulillah, even though everything came at one shot, at least they came right? there is always, always light at the end of the tunnel.
