Surprise bachelorette's party!

so. this happened yesterday. my (disbanded) group of girlfriends just hijacked my fiance's date with me to throw me a bachelorette's surprise. never in a million years would i have thought that i would have a bachelorette's party or bridal shower. maybe because im not particularly girly in that sense (nor do i have the time right now). but, i must admit, it does feel good to know that they would put aside their differences, and schedules to put me first.
68 more days left ... it feels so surreal. there are so many things to do before i fly off at the end of this month. and i know that once i leave, it'll all whizz by. i am extremely thankful for everything that i have been blessed with, and i'll always be thankful for everything that will happen. Alhamdulillah a thousand times over
