So, i've been wanting to share this for a while. It isn't anything important :)
When I'm at the gym changing into my workout gear, I used to nearly tip over cuz I change standing up. I use the restroom can I just can't be stripping out in the open. Anyways, the restroom floor is gross, so I have to balance myself while putting on socks or watever. A few years ago, I started visualizing myself as a tree with a pretty wide trunk and solid against the ground. With that mental image, my body automatically balanced while I was standing on one foot. It's incredible. All I have to do is picture that tree solidly connected to the ground and my body just stands straight while I put on my socks. of course, when i let go of that image, there I go starting to tip over.
Anyhoos, the brain is an amazing thing.
