Boooo daylight savings
I hate losing an hour... not only do i have to attempt to get to bed an hour earlier which is unpossible for me, but then I have to wake up an hour earlier when i've gotten even less sleep than usual. Every year this happens and i'm miserable the entire summer because my body feels like it never adjusts.
Saw Watchmen on Friday, good movie and i'm kinda glad i never read the comic previously, since it was a bit more of a shocking experience, i think. It's such a change to the normal superhero tale that it really stands out in my mind. I enjoyed it, even though Dr.Manhattan really does need to learn to use his loincloth more. Obviously since i didn't get enough of it, supposed to go see it on IMAX with my co-worker today(monday) after work.
Last night I finished Star Ocean 4 which i've been pretty happy with. I give the game a 9.0/10. Most of my complaints are superficial but there's a few nitpicks around the combat, the crafting, little things like that. The saddest part honestly is that as you approach the end of the game, it almost gets more frustrating. If you went right to the final boss you'd not really notice, but if you start doing side-quests that are only available right at the end of the game, you have to do a lot of disc swapping back and forth. Otherwise the game has fantastic graphics, a pretty solid story, and I even enjoyed most of the english dubbing. This is the first time i've actaully seen the end credits of an rpg in awhlie, usually i lose interest like 85% in.
Anyways, kinda enjoying a nice long break from WoW.. i've felt no interest in playing at all, and while the new dungeon LOOKS interesting, I can't bring myself to want to deal with a lot of the silly players that i'd have to put up with to get anywhere, plus the gear selection that i'm seeing so far looks really sad. I'm taking this time to reacquaint myself with my TV, now that i've finally got my HD dish installed and have a few xbox/ps3 games to catch up on, it's much more relaxing.
Finally... what's with momusu coming to AX. Bit late honestly... I don't even keep up with them, most of my favorites have all left... my guess is AX only got them now because it's the leftovers of Momusu (kinda how Aitaka gets the leftovers for her costumes) and it's just cheaper to get them :) I'm gonna do my best to see them just because it's too convenient(relatively) to pass up.
