In the midst of a very difficult morning, I read an article on BBC about a child that was born with an extra finger and toe on each of his hands and feet. I was moved by the sentiment expressed by the doctor:

A paediatrician at St Luke's hospital, Dr Michael Treece, said: "It's merely an interesting and beautiful variation rather than a worrisome thing.
"Imagine what sort of a pianist a 12-fingered person would be. Imagine what sort of flamenco guitarist. Think of their typing skills."

We are born beautiful, and our differences give us room for dreaming.
