I think of one of my biggest 'internet' pet peeves is when people write the following in any online profile:

If you had actually written anything prior to that, then yes, maybe I would like to know more. However, I can't possibly know if I want to know more if you've written nothing about yourself in the first place. Um, duh.
The entire point of a personal profile (especially on a social networking site such as okcupid), is so that people can get to know you at least a little bit, before making up their mind whether they want to take things further or not.
What I Like To Do:
have fun and stuff
WHAT? You like to have fun by doing what? Oh yeah, that's right... stuff. Try having a personality, dear God.
