P&W is now 3/8 in Dragon Soul, after an AWESOME kill of Zon'ozz, on what would've been the last attempt of the night, and with 2 seconds to go on his enrage timer! (In revenge, he dropped the rogue/mage/DK/druid token... needless to say the raid consisted of 5 pallies, 2 hunters, 2 warriors and a lone shaman.)

I've only seen the fight in LFR, so I don't know what it was like when Blacksky attempted it.

Also, re: loot tokens. Blue posters have said that they want to make the RNG a bit more intelligent, in considering party/raid composition and such, to avoid this type of thing. I'm of the opinion that the RNG is, in fact, intelligent, and actively malicious.

Ah, grats! The ping-pong dude can be severely annoying, because that Void of the Unmaking can get weird angles at times and pong the decidedly wrong way. Bah. We spent ages on him because of that, when we one-shotted all the other ones in the first tier.

But I like the fights so far. It's fun to have new things to raid.

We took Mor'chok on the first try and Yor'sahj on the... third I think, then spent the rest of the evening beating our foreheads against the exact same issue. We might not have gotten him down in the end except that our main tank turns out to be extraordinarily good at pulling Zon'ozz into the path of the void.
