It's been a hell of a week.
I started with the flu over the weekend, and then it blossomed into a slight-fever-thing around Tuesday, and diarrhoea after that. And now, my stomach's all cramped up, and I have no appettite, and doggone it, I got my period in the same time too.
Though I have an observation to make: apparently brandy cures diarrhoea. Grandmother's home-recipe: two large spoonfuls (or in my case, two pegs) of brandy, no ice, and warm. Drink up and go to sleep and you'll at least not have the runs the next day. It's nice and warm in the tummy too.
Anyway, my stomach's all cramped up it's like my stomach muscles have all knotted up, and refused to relax. D:
And I'd almost given up hope about getting into the speech competition's finals, but I got the call around 4pm that I'd gotten into the finals! Thank God for another chance at this speech competition! :D Heh!
