The obligatory OMFGBACKTOSCHOOL post.
1. Back to school, as of today. BLEH. I don't want to wake up early... 8.30am classes suck. The traffic sucks that early too. On the other hand, class was interesting, because how often does one get to model the cardiac system with an electrical circuit? Lol. That, and the tutor's Chinese, so "blood pressure" turns out to be "brother pressure". >.>;
2. And! Jalan Sultan has an excellent fish steamboat place! (It's a coffee shop, though - no aircon.) My engineer treated me to a farewell dinner there. (Actually, I was supposed to pay, but the number of people they invited got bigger, and bigger, and they had absolutely NO connection with me, so he said they were going to charge it to the company. 8D) PROMFRET STEAMBOAT = LOVE. (And I usually HATE fish. O_o) But the soup is LOVELY! For 3 to 4 people, a medium one costing $35 would be enough, plus a little side dish or two (TRY THE CEREAL PRAWN!), and the soup is refillable! IT IS GOOD.

3. I REMEMBER THE OTHER EATERY I WAS GOING TO BLOG ABOUT! Ma Maison!!!! Went out with chiiyo, purple_goldfish, mangy_mongrel, Lin and Wee (annual meetup for when Nana is back in Singapore!), and we went to Central for lunch! We picked Ma Maison under Lin's recommendation, and THEY HOOKED ME WITH THEIR BEEF STRAGANOV! It was LOVELY. Their butter rice was covered with a scambled egg piece, and IT GOES SO WELL WITH THE BROWN SAUCE! <3 DEFINITELY going back there!
4. Lili, do you know anyone who wants the yukata slip from the Nagomi yukata accessories pack? I... cannot fit into the thing. >.> Chest too big lah. Grrr.
