Serious Tone of Voice
So, an idea has been suggested to the mods, and it's an idea we like. So we're sharing that idea with you. In fact, this is a voting matter. All players are encouraged to vote. Please vote. We'll be contacting our hiatus'd players as well in order to ensure that absolutely everyone gets a chance to have a say.
Basically, time moves pretty slowly in our version of Nottingham. In the interests of actually seeing summer this century, we've hit upon the idea of moving the in-game calendar in time with the IRL one. Not day to day, but month to month. So, for example, we're in November at the moment in-game, and it's May IRL. If we go ahead with this change, all new threads this month must be dated November, but next month all new threads must be dated December. (Yay! Christmas six months early!). The month after that, all new threads must be dated January 1194 (1194? That's right, isn't it?) etc etc.
