Oh, those crazy Plantagenets!
I ran across a great BBC radio mini-series about the Plantagenets recently. The first episode, which concentrates on Henry II and his oldest son, Henry the Young King, and the sons' rebellion against Henry II, isn't available any more, but the second episode, which concentrates on Richard, is available for about another day. And the third and final episode, which is about John, is available for another week or so. It's a drama, not a documentary, but it has an interesting take on things. And the actor who plays John plays him in much the same way Toby Stephens played him on Our Show.
