I'm About To Cut...
Tonight was Opening Night for:
It was pretty sweet. We got a full standing ovation, and the show is just really fun altogether. Come see it!
Yeah, Summerstock has basically been eating all my availible time currently. Today was the first day I've got to sleep past 7:30 in about 8 days! It was glorious. I actually got to sleep till 10:30. Twas a dream come true.
On a more down note, Summerstock really hasn't turned out to be what I thought it was going to be. It's not as enjoyable as I originally thought. My expectation was that I would make lots of new friends and have a really great cast bonding, as what happens with most shows I'm in. As it turns out though, the cast is very clique-y. The college students all hang out together, and some of them are condescending, and a lot of the high school students already know each other, and thus hang out with each other. There's no real cast unity. It kind of sucks.
Anyway, the show is still really good and entertaining. Well, I'm exhausted, so I'm gonna hit the sack.
