Well, Well, Well. Guess ya missed me, huh? :D I thought it was about time to update. Where to begin. Hmmmm. Well.... last time I wrote, I was possibly getting kicked out of my sorority, well... luckily or unluckily for me (I'm not sure which one yet).... I never got the chance to be offically kicked out. Cus I was dismissed from Iowa State University. (Which should be no surprise cus I am a horrible student) So right now I am taking online and telecourses from DMACC, so I wouldn't have to drive everyday. I will hopefully be returning to ISU this fall. (everyone cross their fingers)
What else.... I ended up moving out to Frederiksen Court, which is apartment style living but still a dorm. I had a kitchen, living room and bathroom I shared. Plus my own bedroom. The two girls I roomed with were 21 and 22. They were nice... not around much but nice. Kinda messy, which bothered me. (although I am messy too) But since I was no longer a student I got kicked out of there and moved into my own apartment here in Ames. Very nice one bedroom. I love it.
For Christmas, Tim bought me a hedgehog. (please people... be open minded about them, they are great pets) Her name is Chloe, and she is quite the sweetheart. Since both Tim and I loved her so much, we decided to get another one. A male, so we could breed them. Things got a little messed up and the hedgehog we had on reserve, we didn't think we were going to get anymore. So we purchased another little baby. The breeder, Chelsey from TLC Hedgehogs, and I are now quite good friends, since I bought Chloe from her. I talk to her a lot about hedgehog stuff, and she asked me if I would be willing to purchase two of her older hedgehogs from her that needed a little more attention. I said of course, cus I hate seeing an unhappy hedgie. So I just got those three last weekend. The baby is Maximus (Max) and he's a cutie. Caitlyn is the female, and she's due to have babies April 2nd. She's getting better with me, but she still needs some work. And Samson is the adult male I got. He's quite a pain in my butt right now. But eventually I know he'll come around. As for the hedgehog we didn't think we were going to get, turns out, we are....:P so I have another male on the way. (hopefully this weekend is when I'll get him) I plan to keep one female from the litter due in April, her name will be Romana. And Chloe will be breed this summer. If you would like to see them my website is www.jennslilhedgies.bravehost.com . Check it out. They are quite cute. (sorry no discounts to friends... if you really want one you'll pay full price... LIZ)
Just recently Tim and I decided to rent a house for next fall... we found the perfect house... unfortunately it was avaiable in May, and if we didn't take it then... we wouldn't get it. Sooooo... I will be moving yet again (#8 since I started college) in May to my house.... where I will stay for at least 2 1/2 to 3 years (the remander of my schooling) if not more. It is an awesome house... and I will have a darkroom for developing pictures hopefully. :D YAY!
I work as a receptionist as Krell Institute... please don't look up the number and call me (liz). Krell Institute Works for the Department of Energy. We help collect data for the DOE for their 2 fellowships (scholarships0 they give out to graduate students in Computer Science or Computational Science. (liz I said engineering... I was wrong) If you are thinking.... hey cool... Jenn can get me a scholarship... think again... I just answer the phones and transfer the calls. Plus... unless you are a freakin genius you don't have a chance.
I may have another job doing office work for Larson's Racing... I'll find out in a week. (cross your fingers again)
That's all I can think of thats new..... Hope your spring break is going well. Happy St. Patricks day!!! (I'm getting drunk tonight... maybe :P) I'll hopefully undate in a week or so. Later!
