(no subject)
Is ANYONE good with/know anything about dealing with Apple and Ipods?
Because my Ipod is fucked up... it freezes all the time and then when I reset it all my music seems to be gone (which it actually isn't because after I reset it again it appears) and this one time a folder showed up with "www.apple.com/support" underneath it.
I am still under warranty and I recently mailed it back them for it to be replaced (my second time having to do so...) and they sent it back... the same one!!... saying " Accidental damage or abuse found - service declined"
HELP!
There is no way I can afford a new one, my warranty is still good.. and I am dying without it.
