Noteworthy summer days so far

6/3: Manhattan, KS
- saw my new apartment
- had dinner with my new advisor
- started to finally feel ok about the fact that I'll be in Kansas

6/13: Newark, DE
- Kung Fu Panda and dinner with Steve
- great conversation and all-around good time

6/16: Atlanta, GA
- dinner with Bobby at Taco Mac (aka deliciousness)
- beer and bad music at Smithe's Old Tavern
- Ironman/Incredible Hulk drive-in double feature at the Starlight
- Peachtree City at nearly 5 am
- Eclipse until probably 7:30 am

6/17: Atlanta, GA
- went alone to the Spill Canvas concert at the Masquerade and still had a ball
- drank for the first time at the venue I frequented so often during high school
- got free pizza at Fellini's afterwards courtesy of Bobby
- got hung up on by my mom for the first time probably ever

6/20-21: Dewey, DE
- beach with Blair
- drinks, dancing, and debauchery
- the womanizing Brazilian!

6/25: Newark, DE
- cookout at Nikki and Jenny's
- caught up with sisters, complete with great girly conversation

6/26: Newark, DE
- big day out with Jess
- campus errands, lunch, DSW, nail salon, hair salon, and movie at home

6/27: Wilmington, DE
- Rock Band night, the sequel
- good company, good times

6/28: Wilmington, DE
- girls night with Lindsey and Amy in Trolley Square
- fun in the fire escape and more good girly conversation

6/29: Newark, DE
- homemade dinner with Annie and Steve
- killed both my bottles of Chilean wine over the course of the evening

7/2: Elkton, MD
- pool and Wal-mart with Sarah
- was finally able to get out of my head and actually socialize

7/4: Middletown and Hockessin, DE
- "make new friends, but keep the old...."
- hamburgers, fireworks, Mario Kart

7/5: Random city, MD
- boats, beer, and most excellent conversation

With a 13 hour roadtrip home, a last hurrah in DE before Europe, Europe (Love Parade! Oh my god...), and 2 weeks to play around with in August before moving out to Kansas, it's anybody's guess how the next 5 weeks will play out compared to these past 5.
