sooo...drove up to rhode island yesterday....
brand new's performance was amazing.
the *elite* brand new fans were there, so the crowd was intense.
it was one of the best nights of my life.
the set was the same as the virginia show only they added boy who blocked his own shot, and JUDE LAW, but they didn't play the no seatbelt song.
everyone was shouting out seventy times seven....to me it's gotten to the point that I don't want to hear that song live anymore....and that's pretty much because everyone else wants to hear it...when they play it live they're just going through the motions....just like midtown's "like a movie."
anyway...so before the show I was walking to my friends, and i walked into j.la He looked at me, smiled and laughed and said "sorry."...i completely melted....and he was forgiven for everything that he's ever "done".
Afterwards Nicole and I saw Jesse again. And he came up to us, GAVE US A HUG and said "It's been soo long! It's been years!"
....i think it was because he finally saw the two of use together...and finally pieced it in his head...Ah....Then he talked to us....and was so nice.
Last night restored my faith in brand new's performance.
Last night restored my faith in the fellow brand new crowds.
Last night restored my faith in Brand New as people.
And i still love b.lane. He's such a *real* person.
haha...we started talking about midtown...and he said to me "yo! whats going on with them?!"
And then proceded to tell a story on how he saw one of them, and said, "did you guys break up?"
and then they replied to brian, "did your band break up?"
brian's like "well, you have a point...."
hahaha...i like it when my bands converse. i want midtown and brand new to tour together...but it won't happen.
Got home at 4:30 in the morning. and went to bed by 5:00....and then woke up at 8:30...and i'm not tired becasue i'm on a total brand new high.
and i see them tomorrow.
and then somethings going down on sunday but i'm not going to talk about i have a definite way of getting in.
