DamnPortlanders - Paint Remover for Wood?

I've painted several walls of my apartment, and aparently the drop cloths didn't prevent all dripage.

I've got hardwood floors (looks like cheap, thin polishing, if that, old "refinished" wood), and am wondering what I can use to remove the paint that I dribbled on the floor without ruining the floor.

Any ideas on products/things I can try?

I've tried scrapping it off with a thin metal blade but it the scrapping tends to remove a bit of the super thin laminate coating in addition to the paint. I'm hoping there's something more effective that just targets the paint.
