People have expressed some confusion by my last entry, so I will share the whole story before I go to Religion and fail another midterm.
On Valentines day, I dressed up like Zorro, claiming to be The Love Bandit, there to steal their hearts. I planned on going to classes like that, but it was a snow day. Not yet wanting to go back to bed, I woke up my neighbors, Linsey and Michelle.
The previous night, they's said they wanted to see me in costume, but I would go to class before them. They suggested that I wake them up, but I know I wouldn't want to be woken up at 8:00 am.
Unless it was for good news.
So I woke them up, dressed as Zorro, and they liked it.
I went to wake up Rosie, but she was awake and masturbating. We decided to get some breakfast after she'd washed her hands.
John Gubernat had his camera out to take pictures of the town as it snowed. I decided to wake Shaun up. His girlfriend Kayle was up, and was laughing. I sat on the bed, Shaun coddled with me, and John took a picture.
So it went on, waking up 6 more people, all with the same proceture: Knock on door, go in, gently shake their shoulder to wake them up, fake a spanish accent, and say "Good Morning." Then, after they'd responded to me, I sat on their bed, and for some, I posed for a picture with them.
The end. At least of my antics.
The assistant director of residence life, Jen Tumlin, saw the pictures John Gubernat posted on Facebook, and pressured one of the RAs, Evan, into writing John and I, as well as a couple others, up for sexual assault and illegal entry. John and I met with Jen, Chief Blais from the department of public safety, and the AD from John's building. Chief Blais, although admitting none of my illeged victims had issued the slightest complaint, if they did, i could go to jail for a couple years. (7 counts of sexual assault, 7 counts of criminal trespassing, 7 counts of invasion of privacy, and 7 counts of burglary.) By the way Burglary is not stealing things. That's theft. Burglary is when you enter onto someone's property without permission and commit a crime. In this case, the illeged crime was sexual assault.
Jen has asked anyone with information about the events to come forward. My illeged victims have gone to her, telling her their side of the story (which, as I understand it, mentions that I am welcomein their rooms, and that they did not feel assaulted.)
There is also a group on Facebook called FREE MAX AND JOHN, which now has 98 members.
The university may kick me off campus for this, since I am a potential danger to the good people in Stone hall.
