Last update: 02/25/2009!
So. The last time I was on this thing, was almost 20 months ago. Wow.
Today, I was reading my best friend's LJ (yes, Alex, yours) and it made me even more nostalgic than she described. I honestly can NOT wait until I get my Master's this May (Eek!) but even then, I still will look back to all the old memories from early college, high school and even jr. high years. No matter how successful you are in life and how happy you may think you are, the truth is: the old days outweigh the new days. If I had it my way, I honestly think I would go back to my teenage years and relive all the memories I had with old (and still currently) friends. I know as you grow older you form new memories and relationships with new people. But honestly, I could care less. Lol
So I will still obviously move forward and await where my adulthood years will take me. But the moral of the story is that getting older isn't always as great as everyone makes it seem. When you're younger, you want to be older and when you're older you always want to be younger. There's never a define line of a happy medium.
