It’s interesting how much a well-timed phone call can accomplish. If plans for the dojo work out accordingly, it seems as though we’ll be able to hold lessons in the Community Center downtown so long as we’re willing to hold self-defense workshops on a weekly basis for those interested. As self defense often rests largely upon the individual’s awareness and mental capacity for such rather than actual physical condition, I feel as though this won’t be a problem. That, and I am not opposed to a little something for the public good-I only assume Tenten and Lee feel the same way (but be aware, Lee, that these workshops may include people from all walks of life; I fear the elderly may not be able to complete some of your…regimens).

And Halloween. Uneventful as per usual. Lysgar never quite sees trick-or-treaters, and I, in fact, might be forced to question the mental state of the children’s parents if in fact there had been more. That, and I had no desire to spend the evening lurking in the recently-flooded basement with a woman barely able to cover her breasts on a daily basis, who, I’m sure, would have attempted to force me into some sort of ridiculous costume, and point me toward the bobbing apples. Matsumoto, I don’t so much question your intentions as I wonder whether…

Well, that’s certainly not important.

I am consistently surprised how many people remember the name and what good may have been, at one time, associated with it. I wonder if it’s less the promise of classes or just an old, returned favor unforgotten.

What does it mean that I loathe the pair of pigeons nested outside the kitchen window?
