The cultivation of hard feelings are difficult but neccesary to dismiss. Friendship to prevail once respect of others endures. That peaces is failated by understanding one's self and others, but most importantly other's needs- not superceding yours, but brought to the contract table with equal validity. No one understands your needs until you express them. Fair to ask them theirs, in fact, please do. Your reactions should constructed a priori but adjusted as tastefully modified.
