this is a shot from the recent fires in the valley. it was so intense. we were pretty close, but it was so hot, i had to move back or it felt like my face was gonna melt off. shot with my Contax G1. 45mm lens. ya this is no tellephoto shit.

John on a hill. Same day, different camera. Shot with my polaroid landcamera 100. polaroid 665. the scanner i scanned these with was a piece of shit, so theyre out of focus, and i got newtons rings on most of them (the ones im not shoting). but they will make nice lith prints one day.

on another note. ive been using these damn Crest whitening strips for my teeth. and they fucking KILL!!! the first day i used them it sucked cause i drooled everywhere. i felt like a mental patient. then the next day i kinda got the hang of it. but now, when i put them on, my teeth hurt so bad all day. it feels like im eating ice cream with my teeth all the time. time to go put them back on. arg.
