Riku is almost at 1k so I might as well, right. BUT WE DOIN' THIS TWO* WAYS:

option 1: Tell me what one of yours thinks of one of mine and I'll reverse.

option 2: Tell me a relationship we don't have but would be ~awesome~ and I will hypothetically reply with hypotheticals.

You should stop doing these kinds of posts, because it makes me want to make you essay long and hard.

1. What do you think of the style you used for Riku's? And is it just free coloring rather than any sort of set pattern you follow for every icon?

2. What's a character type do you feel like you're missing right now? Alternatively, what type have you not played a lot of or cannot play?

SO.

THIS is where Apollo begins. And THIS is where he ends up. And in Camp he's moved even further from there.

BUT BASICALLY that first picture is all. Apollo's world was his sister. Apparently he would just talk to her forever and never do anything else. He didn't need anything else. Fuck everyone else! He wasn't lonely. The world was perfect and good.

Except then he started spending more time in the human world. He met a human and was topped interested in her. He learned a bit about the world, but that . . . broke his much simpler and nicer world. He learned a bit more about himself, but that . . . wasn't all good. He learned that his sister was nothing more than the reflection of his heart. And the human girl he liked was sacrificed in his name. Everything fell apart ( ... )

BUT I LIKE IT LONG AND HARD.

1 it's the same I use for my other icons, more or less. I follow the same sort of "guidelines" for every icon. Riku's set I color big and then resize and then finish. The biggest variation is probably that for the hair I think ( remembering is hard ) that I just did base -> dark gradient -> light gradient -> SWOOM of highlight instead of my normal base -> dark shade -> mid shade -> light shade -> highlight. But all icons I make are more or less the same in terms of how I make them.

2 I am missing a toppy nice girl-person. I am also missing a dumb tank boy. Which are two of my lovely pings. I tend to lose them relatively fast too though, so it's always a "Should I really app another!?" But I love them so.

2b - Angry people are hard for me to play, trufax. Also SHOUNEN HERO!!1 types. Like. Ichigo from Bleach or Tasuki from Fushigi Yuugi are about as antipinged as I can get from a character.

I used to have an essay about Mukuro and gender, but I losted it. I hope I don't contradict it. But one of the weird things about Mukuro is that the "physical world" is . . . not terribly important. Bodies are things he can use, whether it be a child, a boy, a girl, an owl for freak's sake. He also grew up and went through most of life believing that this world was "dirty" and needed to be "cleaned." And most recently he's spent the last three years in a tank unable to touch or interact with the "real/physical" world with his body ( ... )

HOW DOES MUKURO VIEW THOSE THREE YEARS? Like... idk how is he about touch and such in camp? Does he like interacting with people? Or not? Or mix bag?

Mukuro isn't a big touch guy in general actually. Even before the whole loltanklol he's weird about touch. He like, almost never touches anyone in the manga, except for the fight with Tsuna when he . . . grabs him from behind :T In the novel/drama CD he's close to Lancia for a moment, but in general he sort of doesn't get close to people like that. And nothing in his body language leans towards touch. So, three years in a tank hasn't helped him. He won't shy away from touch, because that would be showing a weakness. But he is a little stiff about it. Positive affection touch he is even more uncomfortable with because it's entirely weird.

Mukuro flips between enjoying the company of other people to er. Killing everything would be better. Not really vindictive, but . . . LIKE THE WORLD IS THERE RIGHT. And he could interact with it and spend time with it. But is it really worth it?

AND LIKE. Mukuro is very clearly a neurotic personality. So.

ONE I love her art.

TWO her characters always get me in my heart place, even when she forgets what she's doing.

YEAH THAT'S ABOUT IT. But I am a sucker for any time a manga series makes me feel for a character.
