Man I never thought....
I would be so excited about going to a Country Concert.. haha!
But it's Montgomery Gentry and Joe Nichols.
One of the few people that I loved listening to when I pretty much stopped listening to country my 8th grade year.
The concert is tomorrow night at APG (Aberdeen Proving Grounds) which is the Army base that is like 15 or so miles from the house.. And the only military base that is close enough for me to get to on a regular basis..
The funy thing though is I started listening to country again. Even before I heard about the concert being held on APG. And now that I have the tickets I can't wait to go. I've been looking forward to it since I bought them.
Things have been going pretty good. If you don't count the things that have been going on at my work..
I work at an old folks home for almost three months now. At first I thought it wasn't to bad.. Then it proved me wrong. There is so much drama and crap. And people pointing the blame on others and everyone getting into everyone else's business when they don't need to be there.. I got written up Wednesday because someone supposedly said that I was sitting in my car for hours on end doing absolutely nothing while my boss was out for the day. Which was complete bull shit. I ran over my lunch break by about 10 minutes. Which I will take the blame for cause I was not paying attention to the time. And I'm not going to deny it. And when I came to work and went to see my boss to see what I was supposed to be doing that day.. She asked me to explain what happened that day. When she asked I was going to tell her what happened. But I couldn't cause she wouldn't shut up and let me get a word in other wise.. So I was just like fuck it and thought 'let her write me up for it'. I've been thinking of going to this one assisted living place called Jacobs Well that is closer to the house.. Its pretty much in between the house and the college that I go to.. And the college is like a 5 or so minute drive. Which isnt to bad. I think that I will go there tomorrow before the concert or go Monday. I haven't decided yet on what I am going to do.
