On Friday I was exonerated from target in the form of Termination. Their reason for firing me was me signing a credit card receipt with a BUDDHIST Swastika, and, in addition, claiming that they could not be payed for the product I purchased, even though I was charged for it. Target, not doing research before discharging me, fired me on the premise of Gross Misconduct on the bases of drawing a "neo-nazi symbol" as my signature for a purchase I made on a break. What they failed to realize is that the swastika I have drawn is considered a Buddhist religious symbol, and they have just committed religious descrimination without possibly realizing such. I guarantee Target would not fire someone if they signed their receipt with a Christian religious symbol.
This incident really proves the ignorance of humanity. The fact that conclusions are immediately jumped to, and the truth is deluted with selfish ambition and stubborn mis-beleif.
Not only will I collect unemployment on Target, but I will contact an attorney and attempt to file civil case against target on the grounds of religious descrimination. Buddhism is the only religion I have ever felt any association to, after researching it three days prior to the incident. And, reguardless of how new I am to the religion, the fact that I beleive, or agree with concepts of the religion makes it descriminative. Civil suits involving religious descrimination result in payed damages from 50k to 300k.
Target will get owned.
