today is either going to be a really good day, or a really crappy one. or at least that is my current prediction. as i mentioned last night, i had to drive to school today to get to tutoring which usually means $7 for parking. well, i had decided to try the parking structure closer to my building (we can't usually get spaces in it 'cause they have given them all to the med students since they have "strange hours". yeah ok maybe they do, but have they ever looked at a chem grad student's schedule?) since it is the last day of classes, 'cause i thought there might be less going on so more spaces available. well i didn't even get to the lot because there was a spot on the street. a tiny spot, but i managed to get into it (a great feat since i'm horrible at parallel parking, and especially now since i don't know where the ends of my car are). who knows how long it will take me to get out of it, but as i said, i'm in a free spot where i can stay all day. score.
