On this lazy Tuesday I managed to get a bunch of things accomplished. First of all, I woke up at 6:20 this morning to set up crosses for our Students 4 Life display. Then I came back and finished my IS: Japan paper that was due at 10. After class and lunch, I came back to my room hoping to lay around and relax with a possible nap, but the financial aid office called me about a scholarship. So I had to go down there to sign for it. Afterwards I talked to a person from Students 4 Life who was handing out flyers and then visited the campus library for the first time. Yeah, our library sucks. If you aren't doing some kind of research paper than there really isn't any reason for you to be there. I just wanted a book to read in my spare time, but of course that was impossible.
Right now we are having Hispanic Celebration Month, which is really only a couple of weeks. So yesterday they were offering free salsa lessons and I decided to give it a try. Bad idea. It probably would've been more fun with my good friends, but that wasn't happening. So now I'm a Mexican who doesn't like Mexican food and can't salsa dance. Props for me! Maybe I should get more into my Croatian culture instead. I want to learn Croatian, but it's hard to teach yourself that language. Spanish is so much easier. Speaking of Spanish, I should probably start doing my homework that's due tomorrow. Then again there's always time right before class.
