craaazy!
so i dropped latin american discourse of modernization, it was an intense literature course i wont have time for with 20 credits...who knew?
instead i am now taking "fashions and fictions of the 16th century in spain" or something like that. i guess we're going to learn about clothes that some people's great^15 grandpas wore in spain and the materials they made it from!. thats probably back in the day where men dressed rather womanly anyway.
this is going to be so essential to my spanish studies i am already jumping with joy. i would much rather be taking this than some of those other language courses that dont exist/iam not elegible for where i would learn something about the structure or use of the spanish language-- those would be so useless to me!!
i found out today that there are 4 more girls from my program that started dating chileans and stayed with them (before today, there were 4 of us that i knew about) so now thats 8.
OF those 8... 2 of us (tyffanie and I) were there in chile the whole year.
6 of the 8 were only there for 1 semester
5 of those 6 are getting married.
so, neither of those 5 are tyffanie or me. ( i, myself? wtf i have so forgotten english)
regardless.... CRAZY! but sweet i guess, if they can make it work... theyre' sure gonna have an easier time at least for the moment, in making life work and getting to be with their guy than us.
