I am pissed about my Creative Zen player. It stopped connecting to my laptop, but would charge, and still charges with the wall adapter. I've discovered that in order to fix this problem, I have to reformat my player and reboot it. too bad that didn't work and know my mp3 player is CLEARED. All of my files ERASED. For no reason, cause their goddamn troubleshoot doesn't work.

Now I'm waiting for my firmware update to download, to see if that works. If this doesn't work, I am calling Creative and demanding it to be fixed. The player is only a year old, and the warranty I bought through Best Buy is expired, but my box is at home so I have no idea how long the warranty from Creative is. I didn't pay $250 for a mp3 player that would last me a year.

What's fun, is that when I did reformat and reboot, the player erased all my files, but my background was a Twilight picture, which still remains with my current settings.

ETA (like 4 seconds later): I CAN'T UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE BECAUSE THE PLAYER ISN'T CONNECTED, WHICH IS THE ISSUE I'M TRYING TO FIX. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
