No potential host cities or countries have been discussed, however, "the league would avoid venues with potential bad weather conditions. That would appear to rule out the U.S. East Coast and Midwest."
lol, that quote made me laugh. Bad weather? Has anyone visited England during a drench, misty day in December? But yeah, there's snow in the United States, so perhaps in the South. This may be more successful than sending the NFL to London, imo.
BTW, Egypt just destroyed favorites Côte D’Ivoire in the African Nations Tourney. Wow....tip my hat off to the Pharoahs. Finals are this Sunday, Egypt vs Cameroon.
