Whoever said mind over matter is wrong, Matter is exactly that, MATTER, IT IS WHAT MATTERS and then your mind just adds that little Jimmine Cricket to throw you for a loop just to make sureit is superior, but it all honesty it is worried you will figure out you don't actually need it. Your heart is what MATTERS ... So I say you know what matters already so live by that and Fuck that damn CRICKET
