And so this is goodbye again
My visit home is almost over. It went by so quick, that was the fastest week ever. I hate that. I wasn't really sure if I was excited to be coming home, but now especially after these last few days, I'm definately glad I did. Lest re-cap shall we?
Saturday: left charleston at 4pm and arrived here in Elmira at 11:30 then we went to Walmart and came home. I opened some presents then went to bed at 3.
Sunday: Sat around the house and helped my mom clean. Chilled with the 'rents
Monday: Woke up in a hurry at 8:25 to go down and get my hair fixed, I can't believe the dude that cut my hair did such a bad job, and I didn't even realize how bad it was until Jennifer was like, "did you notice the left side was longer than the right?".....nope Had the car for the night. drove around for a while, called erin and keri to see what they were up to and see if they were busy so they could go and get something to eat with me, but they were. Visited Josette, that was nice :-) even though it was short. Went to the game, met up with SP :-) and chilled. the boys won, that was awesome. Partied with Joe, Austin, Taylor, Johnny, Nate, and Aaron afterwards Got to bed at 5am
Tuesday: Went with Joe, Austin, and Billy to bath, rented some movies, went up to Joe's to watch them then came home.
Wednesday: Chilled at home, Joe came up and watched the Matrix 2 with me, even though I haven't seen the first one. Talked and chilled.
Thursday: Chilled at home all day till like 9:30pm when austin came to pick me up so we could go boarding friday. Bed at 6 am
Friday: First time boarding, went to hunt hollow. had to have ski patrol come get me after one wipeout but I went back out like a champ. I love boarding now, wish I started earlier. Car "accident", that sucked. Partied at Joes again with the crew: Austin, Billy, Taylor, and Nate. Had a long talk with Joe about the old times, what I wouldn't give to turn back time and relive those days, and make some different choices. As joe said, "who knows where we would be if we had done things differently" Bed at like 4:30/5 am
Saturday: Came home this morning, about to shower. 'rents are taking me out to eat, I think i wanna go to red lobster. crappy weather out. I have to call and confirm my flight for tomorrow
Sunday: Flight leaves at 5 pm 'rents are taking me to the airport and a few people are coming to say bye...gotta love these guys :) True definition of friends
I wish I had got to see more people, but vacation isn't over yet, I still have some time, you never know what can happen, I just wish the weather was a little better so my 'rents would let me take the car to visit some people. Oh well, alls well that ends well right? This ended really well. I have some closure on a relationship that's been going on for years now...almost 10 years....that's crazy wow.....i feel old
I'm gonna miss ya'll i hate these goodbyes, they really suck. Come visit me, anyone, if you ever get the chance, i'm only 850 miles away...that's a 13/14 hr. drive. suck it up and take one for the team hahaha
