(no subject)
The mission trip was so much fun. It really made me appreciate how much we have. We saw houses made totally out of cardboard, it was really sad. and people were just running up to the van (the church pastor was with us) and they were just beggin him to pray for them. one lady came up crying b/c her husband needed an operation but she had no money and none of the relatives had money either. the condition they are living in is horrible, but they still get by. the kids there are so carefree. a little boy was just crawling around the back tire of the car getting filthy, but he was so happy doing it. also it was sad b/c the kids were jumping on the vans b/c they saw water in them and wanted to drink the water. They seemed to live for God, which was awesome to see. Jesus is a Savior and they had so much faith that it was just eyeopening and amazing. ahhh!!! it was so awesome.
today i baby sat in the mornin then did filing in the afternoon. Mr. Laniers kid is really cute, i'm glad he is a good kid to baby sit (it makes the job much easier). Filing as always was really boring, but i finished up really quick. i have this problem that i file pretty quickly. he expected it to take the whole week, but at the end of the day the lady who was showing me what to file said that tomorrow she will try nd find more stuff for me to do, so it seems to me that i finished all the important filing. and when i was workin at the ballet doing filing, gail said that i can just comein all durring the summer to finish the filing. i finished it all in about 2-3 hours. it was soo easy.
now i'm exhausted from basically workin a full day.
this summer has been really good so far. i realize that i havn't really done too many things with friends, but thats okay. its been nice having some alone time, doing some projects i have fell behind on, and being more independent.
I really feel i have matured during this time by being a counselor at camp buckner, a crew leader at vacation bible school, going on the mission trip, and working (babysittin/filing).
Life is Good.

I've noticed lately that Gossip and sterotypes really tick me off.
