Too Much Time On One's Hands

I really should get a job. With this post, I'm officially doing something nobody my age should be doing, blogging on my BlackBerry from somewhere that is not my home. Actually, pretty much nobody should be doing it. The same with Tweeting (and just using that word, annoys me). But, sheer bordom will make one seek to new depths of depravity and douchery (i think that I made that up).

After "working" for literally 5 minutes, I realized that I was way too early for my Chiropractic Appointment (and why I'm back to seeing one is the subject of another unwritten post). so fortunately, my car decided to give me something to entertain me. The past few days, I had been noticing that my Emergency Brake hasn't been holding and nearly hit two cars while parked in a level cement parking lot (no ice or snow here), so I took it to the dealership.

See!

So much fun. Listening to OLD people (who were just happy to be out of the house with something to do....hmm) talk about Christian based businesses had me ready to commit suicide (almost). Yes, I'm really drastic like that. Instead, I blogged and stealthily took a photo. The main reason that I took a photo (besides the fact that I did it because I could) was to try a new app on my Blackberry that mutes the camera, so one can take you know upskirt photos discreet photos without alerting the room.

Success! Not that one of those old codgers above would have heard the "click" from the camera anyway. I'm mostly amused that BB deliberately does not include a mute feature to prevent photo taking of this type. *shrug*

My only other (albeit very tiny) source of amusement was when the Cashier would come on the loud speaker and say, "Dick Williams to the front." I switched on my voice recorder hoping to catch a good clip of her saying something like "I need dick" or "Can someone please fetch me Dick?" etc, but the closest that I overheard was "Dick to the cashier". Although I didn't record it, I still stifled a giggle. After all, I am mature and professional.
