They Won't Refund the Ticket
Okay, before I do some recapping of events, I need to get something off my chest...IF I GET STOOD UP ONE MORE TIME I'M GOING TO HAVE A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN AND BE SCARRED FOR LIFE. Nate, Oliver, Alan...I've had enough of it. People in LA, while knowing how to drink and have a good time, are lying assholes. In general, I mean. There has to be a good one, right? Well, I thought maybe I found ONE...until I got the text that I've been getting over and over again..."Sorry! Change of plans! See ya some other time, babe!" This, AFTER he was supposed to pick me up. Ugh. I'm through. I need my sometimes boring but always honest Chicagoans back. And I'm sure we lie just as much, but at least we come up with better stories than these idiots.

Anyway, I love Shakira. I saw her concert twice in the last week and have fallen in love with her. I didn't like her that much before I saw the shows, but her personality and presence on stage turned me into a fan.
