1. U2- With or Without You: I think it's safe to say that this my favorite song of time. The lyrics can be interpreted as a break up song, a hook up song, a make up song...I think you get the picture. Granted, I love most of U2's songs, but this one tops my list.
2. Duran Duran- Ordinary World: Probably #2 on my favorite songs of all time. Kind of a random choice, but high quality nonetheless.
3. Al Green- Let's Stay Together: How can you not love this jam?? It's just so damn good. People should take note of this.
4. Beck- Loser: Ok, I'm not a loser and neither is he, but everytime this song comes on, I'm compelled to listen. Besides, what other artist includes "Soy un perdedor" in their sound lyrics? That's right. nobody.
5. Coldplay- Fix You: My new favorite as of late, but damn is this song good. The lyrics are so simplistic and beautiful that you can't help but be moved by this. "Tears stream down your face/When you lose something you can't replace". Nice job Coldplay.
