Garden Follow-up

I just had a donkey contest with the landlord. Unfortunately he is the one with the upper hand and this is something we both know.

This makes me very angry---after all you went thru to rescue your garden from Chythar's back yard, and so much of it died---now THIS??? How can the Landlord be so CRUEL when you have clearly helped beautify the apartment? Your plants were excellent and you saved my hibiscus, and all he wants is a LAWN???! That tears it. Some people have no souls.

Thanks Meg. otana and I discussed it last night, and a lot of the plants could eventually be replaced when we went to another apartment (with time and money, did I mention money?) - but I am very attached to one of the rosebushes and my herbs, and of course your hibiscus. :(
