The village hall where I voted was pretty empty when I went at 1:30 pm which is a-okay with me since I'm pretty sure our district is pro-republican. Sucks though. I like to see people vote no matter who they vote for. Even if you don't like either candidate, vote for the issues that are important to you. Those guys on the supreme court will probably retire pretty darn soon, and that's probably even more important than the presidency in my opinion. Since the president picks the supreme court justice, vote for the team you feel best supports your ideals.

I think I'm preaching to the choir though because I'm sure everyone on my friends list will vote.

Nat came with me to vote. He decked himself all out in his Sspiderman costume and got in the car all excited to vote. When he got there, he looked really confused and turned to me and said, "Where's the boat?" He thought I said that we were going to a boat. The campaign workers gave him a sticker and said, "Thanks for voting, Spiderman." Nat grinned ear to ear. I think the last time I voted he was dressed like Batman so dressing up to vote isn't a new thing for him. :P

Tristan had a big election day in school and proudly voted for John McCain. I asked why, but didn't get into it too much because I don't want to indoctrinate the kid. He said that he voted for him because he is nice and good to everybody in the world and doesn't like the bad guys.
Who got to Mah boy! That last line sounds like Ayers bullshit. :(
