everyone has already been tagged, but I'll think of something...errr...
1. in 1985 there was a massive earthquake in Chile. I remember the house shaking, and things moving off the shelves. My grandmother lived on a mountain at the time. All the apartment buildings on the mountain ended up in rubble. Except hers.
2. When I was 5 we moved to Australia. We had one suitcase with everything we owned each. I got 'lost' at Sydney airport, and was found by my mother playing on the escalators.
3. When i was 7 i won a book at school and was commended in front of the entire school for my excellence in Italian... meh, it was easy. Then when i was 10, I won the book "Window" Because i guessed it would win "Picture Book of the Year" and i was the first to be picked out of a hat.
4. in year 7 i hit 3 home runs in 3 games of softball.
We won all our matches and were regional champions. I got a medal and appeared in the school newsletter.. *winz*
5. at 15 i had by gall bladder removed because i couldn't handle the pain of gall stones anymore.
I had the operation on a Monday, went home on Tuesday, Then went to my first all day moshpit festival Livid on the Saturday. I saw Ween, Cake, Bloodhound Gang, Cake, Reef, Spiderbait, Millencollin, Veruca Salt and others. It was also the first time i smoked Weed.
6. I speak fluent Spanish, but my new zealand/chilean cousins don't. It's a shame, because they miss out on all the awesome navy story my grandfather has.
7. My Grandfather was in the Chilean Navy, he has a tarnished green medal for standing down when Pinochet took over power in the country. He also spent a year in the scientific station in Antarctica. He used to trade his cigarette rations for chocolate.
8. I've traveled to 55 cities in 17 countries! (okay, so i got lazy, everyone know that.. )..
