In the in-between
Today was my first actual day off from everything. I didn't have work, and mom didn't need any help with anything today, so I found myself not really wanting to really...do anything today. I woke up, answered some emails, watched the news, worked on some Christmas stuff...then I ended up falling asleep while reading because I hadn't slept well last night. It's been awhile since I had a lazy day, though I spent most of it kind of in a sleepy haze. I honestly felt a little guilty that I didn't really do much when I woke up, so I ended up taking out the garbage and finishing another felt pal so that I didn't feel like a total lazy bum.
Felt Murderface, Murderface, Murderface!
He's the only one to not have round eyes! :O Heh, I thought I'd try something different with him. I think it turned out pretty well for a first attempt at Murderface, given how he's got so much going on in his character design (the crazy hair, the big mustache, etc.) He's filled with scrap yarn that's about the same color of his eyes.
I just realized that so far, no one's said anything nice to Toki, lol. Poor little felt Toki. XD;
I think I'll be doing Pickles next, since I finally doodled a design that I think I can do for him. I was contemplating using yarn, but then I thought that might look too different compared to the others. So hopefully this'll turn out ok, though I'm not sure when I'm even gonna start on it.
And now even though I'm not all that tired anymore, I need to go to bed so I can get up early for work tomorrow. (And after work, apparently, there's a Christmas party...I'll prolly end up going, mostly so I don't look like a total hermit to all the little kiddies I work with, lol.)
