Letters that spell out nothing
Recently, I started doodling ~*FANCY*~ letters in my sketchbook:
I've always loved typography and such, so I guess that shouldn't be a huge surprise to myself. I did get a funny look from a friend when I mentioned I'd spent most of my afternoon a few days ago "drawing" letters for no real reason other than I wanted to, though. (Oh, and sorry for the crappy quality of the photo, it was taken with my cell phone.)
I did get an idea out of this, though, for a gift. I figured that since I'll be sending Zack a package for Christmas eventually, that I should maybe get something for his mom as well. Since I don't know her all that well yet, though, I thought a simple gift was best and I ended up making this last night:
Frame + white + sharpie = elegant picture frame?
I did variations of the letter "Z" because their last name starts with Z. I'll prolly print out a photo of Zack & myself to put inside of it. I figured maybe she could put it on her desk at work or something? I was thinking of making a few more of these for relatives/friends, but I dunno.
I wrote absolutely NOTHING in NaNoWriMo yesterday due to work and general exhaustion. I'll have to make up for that today. D:
