Blargh
Well, yesterday kind of sucked. While I was taking photos for various things, I popped in my camera's SD card only to discover it had somehow gotten corrupted...thus forcing me to reformat it. Which means the other half of my Dallas photos (aka the A-kon and A-kon concert pics I took) were lost. -__- I know the important thing is that I had a good time, yadda yadda, but I was still kind of sad about it. LESSON LEARNED, SELF: Stop being lazy about backing your photos up.
On the plus side, I sold a few things AND sold a piece in my Etsy shop ("Tesla Was Robbed" will now be going to a new home far away, yay!)...so while Zack and I were out running errands, I splurged a teeny bit on myself:

Remember when I posted a while back that I had turned on my Animal Crossing: City Folk game to see how long it'd been since I played? Well, Zack found my Gamecube version & memory card, so he was curious to see how the original game differed from the Wii one...I started it up again and a villager informed me it had been 111 months since they'd seen me. That's over 9 years! Man, has it really been that long?...heh. I was sad to see that apparently since it had been SO long, something had happened to my save file--maybe it got corrupted, or after so many years, the game resets itself?--but anyway, my big house & my stuff were both gone. XD; oops. (I don't think I would've continued playing, anyway, but it was kinda fun to walk down memory lane with that.)
But speaking of Animal Crossing, I seem to have somehow gotten Zack completely hooked on City Folk. XD It's been fun playing it again--even though I had already updated my house as far as it could go, Zack & I decided to save up to get the Bridge and Lighthouse town updates together. So that's been cool. It's too bad I don't know many people who still play, but at least Zack & I can be dorky together with it. We've both been taking screenshots of stuff in the game, so I might post some later, just for funsies. X3
