I made a thing!
Looks like a regular ol' book, eh?
It's my new Nook carrying case!
It was originally a book about DNA and forensic crime solving that I picked up at Goodwill for $1.99. I always feel kind of bad for doing things to books, but I had actually seen this book on the shelf for at least 2 months...so at least now it will be used and loved? XD
The Nook is so small that sometimes it feels weird for me to be "reading" off of it...this helps make it feel a little more "natural", plus if I put it in my purse, I'll feel like it's a little more safe than in one of those cloth sleeves.
I might decorate it a little more or something, but I haven't decided yet. Maybe if I get some ideas or inspiration, I will.
